Until the formal incorporation is completed, the business is run personally by its founder, Juan Álvarez, who assumes full responsibility before website users and program clients.

These terms govern the access, browsing and use of the website looru.org (the «Website»), owned by LOORU. Using the Website implies full acceptance of these terms without reservation. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.
3. Conditions of use
Users agree to use the Website in accordance with the law, public morality and public order, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes that may harm third parties or LOORU. Reproduction, distribution or transformation of content without express authorization, unsolicited commercial communications (spam), distribution of malware, unauthorized access to restricted areas, mass scraping and identity impersonation are expressly prohibited.

J1 program conditions (price, requirements, availability, destinations) may change and must be confirmed at the introductory meeting or by direct communication.
The Website may contain links to third-party sites (Calendly, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.). LOORU does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or operation.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Website shall be submitted to the courts of Seville (Spain), unless mandatory applicable law sets a different forum.
